Student Rules - Alpha Tech Institute

Discipline Rules

Students must maintain respectful behavior with staff and peers.
Use of abusive language or physical violence is strictly prohibited.
Mobile phones must be kept silent during class hours.
Leaving the institute without permission is not allowed.

Attendance Rules

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in final exams.
Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the class after 15 minutes.
Repeated absence without reason will lead to cancellation of admission.
If a student leaves the institute without a valid reason, they will be permanently marked as defaulters and banned from rejoining.

Fee Rules

Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
A late fee may be charged for delayed payments.
Students can now pay their fees online. A 2.5% convenience fee applies to all online transactions.
Fee receipt must be collected from the office the next working day after online payment.

Lab Usage Rules

Students must handle computers and equipment with care.
Do not install or uninstall any software without permission.
Internet usage is restricted to educational purposes only.
Report any technical issue immediately to the lab incharge.

General Rules

Identity cards must be worn at all times inside the campus.
Keep your surroundings clean and organized.
Respect institute property. Damage to any asset will be charged.
Smoking and chewing tobacco are strictly prohibited inside premises.
